People might pride themselves in not budging an inch to God's Word as it is written ... But that's like embracing your own tombstone, maggots and worms! (Proverbs 14:12)

BE KNOWN, LOVE AND OBEY HIM...

TO APPROACH GOD IN PRAYER WITH UNREPENTANT SIN IN OUR LIVES... IS A WASTE OF TIME.

TO PRAY TO GOD WITHOUT BEING KNOWN BY HIM OR OBEYING HIM IS A WASTE OF TIME.

BE  KNOWN BY HIM, THEN OBEY HIM, AND TO OBEY HIM IS TO LOVE HIM.

But for those who do not know Him who The Father has sent, they are NOT known by Him, and neither obey Him...

Mid-East Conflict ...

I will vindicate the holiness of My great name which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned in their midst. Then the nations will know that I am the LORD," declares the Lord GOD, "when I prove Myself holy among you in their sight. "For I will take you from the nations, gather you from all the lands and bring you into your own land'".  - Ezekiel 36:22-24

It's not so much about Israel.  It's about God's plan.  Don't get in the way of God's plan.

Like many issues facing us today.. it's less about us and more about God's plan.

Zeal without knowledge...

Brothers, my heart's desire and prayer to God for them is that they may be saved. For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge. For, being ignorant of the righteousness of God, and seeking to establish their own, they did not submit to God's righteousness. (Romans 10:1-3 ESV)

Rick Warren's Purpose Driven Message...

Again, another modern preacher looking to MASK the Gospel and water it down for the masses!   Rick Warren's "Purpose Driven Life".   Searching diligently for a Gospel message, within his popular (best seller) book and you can't find anything but a splattering of what MIGHT look like Christ's Gospel. 


It mentions something about God "forgiving" you but it doesn't disclose much on WHY you would need to be forgiven.   And that's pretty important especially since most people today have a hard time being convinced that they need to be forgiven.

Many people perceive themselves to be "good" people,  their sins as "mistakes", and don't have too high a perception of exactly HOW holy God is nor HOW wicked our sins really are...   But Warren just glazes through "forgiveness" and never mentions REPENTANCE.  Hmmm?... I would say that qualifies him to be yet another .... FALSE TEACHER!!!!

Something like the complete Gospel isn't exactly something that ANY true Christian should get wrong, must less a preacher of The Gospel of Christ.    So I would say, he achieved the "best seller's" list but failed on communicating a TRUE Gospel message.     There's something really wrong with that. 

EVIL HEROD IS AMONG US???

"Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them".
- Ephesians 5:11

"Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem,    Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.   

When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him.   
And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together, he demanded of them where Christ should be born.    And they said unto him, In Bethlehem of Judaea: for thus it is written by the prophet,    And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel.   
Then Herod, when he had privily called the wise men, enquired of them diligently what time the star appeared.    And he sent them to Bethlehem, and said, Go and search diligently for the young child; and when ye have found him, bring me word again, that I may come and worship him also.  


 When they had heard the king, they departed; and, lo, the star, which they saw in the east, went before them, till it came and stood over where the young child was.    When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.    And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshiped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh.   


And being warned of God in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another way.    And when they were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him.    When he arose, he took the young child and his mother by night, and departed into Egypt:    And was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt have I called my son.
  

Then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked of the wise men, was exceeding wroth, and sent forth, and slew all the children that were in Bethlehem, and in all the coasts thereof, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had diligently enquired of the wise men.    Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremiah the prophet, saying,    In Rama was there a voice heard, lamentation, and weeping, and great mourning, Rachel weeping for her children, and would not be comforted, because they are not.    But when Herod was dead, behold, an angel of the Lord appeareth in a dream to Joseph in Egypt,    Saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and go into the land of Israel: for they are dead which sought the young child's life".   - Matthew Chapt. 2


And Satan continues even today to attack and destroy "The Image" of God.
We are made in His image.  And evil wants to destroy that which God has created off the face of the earth. The devil comes as a roaring lion looking to rob, steal and destroy.  While many people who have been fooled into thinking that somehow, 54 million human babies being slaughtered in the womb is a "woman's right", others say that they don't agree with genocide of babies, but continue to support the reapers of this horrific Herodian evil upon humanity by their silence.


These people DARE call themselves "children" of Almighty God, and their consciences are seared whereby they feel no guilt or remorse supporting the barbaric cruelty of abortion on demand in this country.  But Jesus said :

" You are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father you will do".  - John 8:44

Their Spiritual blindness prevents them from seeing Truth.  But as Christ said, "Unless you are born again, you cannot SEE the Kingdom of God".  - John 3:3


Abortion is a lust that was created from out of Satan himself, and evil men carry out the will of Satan in destroying the very image of God in His creation.   The attack on God's image continues. 

"So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them" - Genesis 1:27
