"Humble yourselves"! ...

People might pride themselves in not budging an inch to God's Word as it is written ... But that's like embracing your own tombstone, maggots and worms! (Proverbs 14:12)

BE KNOWN, LOVE AND OBEY HIM...

TO APPROACH GOD IN PRAYER WITH UNREPENTANT SIN IN OUR LIVES... IS A WASTE OF TIME.

TO PRAY TO GOD WITHOUT BEING KNOWN BY HIM OR OBEYING HIM IS A WASTE OF TIME.

BE  KNOWN BY HIM, THEN OBEY HIM, AND TO OBEY HIM IS TO LOVE HIM.

"Jesus replied, "Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them". - John 14:23

But for those who do not know Him who The Father has sent, they are NOT known by Him, and neither obey Him...

Mid-East Conflict ...

"Therefore say to the house of Israel, 'Thus says the Lord GOD, "It is not for your sake, O house of Israel, that I am about to act, but for My holy name, which you have profaned among the nations where you went. I will vindicate the holiness of My great name which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned in their midst. Then the nations will know that I am the LORD," declares the Lord GOD, "when I prove Myself holy among you in their sight. "For I will take you from the nations, gather you from all the lands and bring you into your own land'".  - Ezekiel 36:22-24

It's not so much about Israel.  It's about God's plan.  Don't get in the way of God's plan.

Like many issues facing us today.. it's less about us and more about God's plan.
